Will Moxley - Sous Chef, Allen Dining Hall
Chef Will, has truly stepped up into his role this year. He has taken on a few more responsibilities and stepped up tremendously during sometimes we have been short-handed in the kitchen. He even created and executed the menu for our very first Hornet table. A beautiful evening with a delicious menu.
